How we choose our Manufacturers
WE DON'T PRIVATE LABEL.
Every product we install carries the manufacturer's name and their warranty — backed by ours in addition. Earning our seal of approval is a separate process on top of that: each manufacturer has to qualify against our own standards for value, warranty, real-world application, and their own commitment to standing behind their product in partnership with the Boyd family. That partnership means no finger-pointing if something goes wrong — neither the manufacturer nor we get to point at the other and walk away. Both of us are on the hook, together.
That standard exists for one reason: so every homeowner gets both a quality install and a quality product, matched specifically to what their home actually needs.
